Planning & Zoning

The City of Mayflower has assigned zoning to all areas within the city limits.  Each zone has their own separate allowable land uses, rules, and regulations.  In addition to residential, commercial, and agricultural zoning the City of Mayflower has a commercial overlay district encompassing key areas of the city that outline additional development criteria.  The overlay district criteria supersedes any base zoning from the City.
