Join the folks at the Senior Services building for strength exercising every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM - 11 AM.  All seniors are invited.  No strenuous workouts are involved.

Diabetes Education Empowerment Program DEEP is a diabetes self-management education program that has been shown to be successful in helping participants take control of their diabetes and reduce the risk of complications.

If you are a senior in the Mayflower area and need help with groceries this is the event for you.  Commodity distribution is the third Thursday of every month, except for June, where there is no distribution.
