For the purpose of enforcing the provision of this ordinance pertaining to the health and sanitation of the inhabitants of the city; the health officer and employees of the city and of Faulkner County, Arkansas, are hereby granted full power and authority to act within said city and to perform all and singular duties of such health units on behalf of the city of which they have under the laws of the state of Arkansas and the rule and regulation of the State Board of Health of the state of Arkansas.
