The city may place trash receptacles upon the sidewalks and in the parks and other places for the reception of trash and it shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to tamper with, damage, or deface any public trash receptacle for solid waste in the city. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Two Hundred dollars ($200.00). (Ord.
