From and after the passage and approval of this ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dump or throw any form of trash, refuse, cans, bottles, garbage, rags or any other kind or form of trash or garbage upon the streets, parks or property of the city of Mayflower, Arkansas.
