All part-time employees of the Mayflower Fire Department shall be paid an hourly wage as determined by the Fire Chief with approval by the Mayor. All part-time employee earnings shall be kept under the monthly minimum threshold amount used to determine if a LOPFI Member should be classified as a paid or volunteer Member. All eligible part-time employees shall be provided volunteer LOPFI coverage.
