Planning Commission

The Mayflower Planning Commission reviews matters related to planning and development. We hold monthly public hearings to review land use matters, such as, but not limited to, zoning and rezoning, ordinances, ordinance waivers, land development/use, commercial builds, etc.

The commission develops plans and implementation policies that affect how Mayflower manages changes in growth and development. We work in tandem and partnership with the City Council to develop comprehensive policies, procedures, and ordinances to continually improve and grow Mayflower for its citizens. We welcome and encourage all residents of, and parties interested in, Mayflower to join us for meetings and offer input into issues before the commission
