The Accounting & Human Resources Department is responsible for the finances, payroll, and human resources for the City.  This encompasses a wide variety of tasks to include, but certainly not limited to, proper accounting procedures, issuing invoices, employee benefits, completing city payroll, tax issues, receiving bills, and paying bills.
