8.20.01 Grove Street. Grove Street, starting at Mitchell Street and going south to Highway 89 / Miller Street, will be a permanent one-way street. (Ord. No. 2024-03).
8.20.02 Mitchell Street. Mitchell Street starting at North Rail Road Avenue and going east to the Mayflower Elementary School at Grove Street, will be a permanent one-way street. (Ord. No. 2024-03).
8.20.03 Rail Road Avenue. Rail Road Avenue shall be a one-way street from Satterfield Drive to Highway 89 North / Miller Street. (Ord. No. 2024-03).
8.20.04 Signage. The Mayor or his designee is empowered to erect appropriate and clearly visible signage upon the streets designated herein to notify motorists that such streets are “one-way”.
8.20.05 Fine. Any person violating this ordinance upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not less than One Hundred Four Dollars ($104.00), and shall be found and deemed guilty of the offense. (Ord. No. 94-5, Sec. 3.)
