Burning Laws & Regulations
Contrary to common held belief it is a crime, a violation of state law, to burn anything other than natural vegetation in the State of Arkansas regardless if you live within city limits or unincorporated county.
Please review the attached file for the laws that impact burning in the state and the Mayflower Fire District. We will enforce outdoor burning laws and issues citations if necessary both in the City limits and Faulkner County.
