AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE TITLE 14-08 OF THE MAYFLOWER MUNICIPAL CODE, COMMONLY KNOWN AS MAYFLOWER ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY NEWLY-ANNEXED PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1: Mayflower Zoning Ordinance No. 14-08 and other relevant titles, is hereby amended to classify all of the existing zoning symbols and indications as shown on the Zoning District Boundary Map in the area described as follows, located in Mayflower, Faulkner County, Arkansas, to be A-1 / Agricultural:
In Section 24, Township 4 North – Range 14 West, Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter;
In Section 25, Township 4 North – Range 14 West, Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Less and except, any lands that are currently in the city limits of Mayflower as of September 22, 2021;
In Section 19, Township 4 North – Range 13 West, Southwest Quarter;
In Section 30, Township 4 North – Range 13 West, Northwest Quarter Less and except, any lands that are currently in the city limits of Mayflower as of September 22, 2021
Land as described above, shall be labeled as A-1
